• All cats must have an up to date vaccination record i.e. vaccinated within the preceding 12 months and not expire during the stay
  • Any cat over 6months must be spayed or neutered
  • We must be advised of any medical conditions including allergies
  • Please advise details of flea and worm treatment including brand and date last administered
If you would like to collect your cat(s) early then the full period will be charged. 
When your cat(s) stay with us, you give us your permission to:
  • Contact your vet if we feel it is necessary 
  • Separate cats from a multi household sharing a pen that show continuous aggression or other behavioural signs to one another
  • Take your cat(s) to our local vet should we deem it necessary and allow any examinations and investigations to be performed that the vet requires
  • Allow us to administer any treatment the vet advises
  • Place the cat(s) in an isolation pen if required
  • Give consent for euthanasia should this be recommended on human grounds, should this be recommended by the vetinary surgeon caring for your cat 
  • Confirm that you will pay for any vetinary treatment required 
  • Administer flea treatment if required and fumigate accommodation if necessary.  The cost for this will be added to your bill

As a treat to start their holiday with Top Cat, we will feed tuna.  Every night, they will have Dreamies before bedtime.

We provide Felix wet and Go Cat or Iams dry and feed wet food twice daily and dry food to 'graze' on.

Should your cat require any other food, for either medical or preference reasons, then we will of course feed them the required diet.

Please advise of any allergies

For all bookings in the high season we require a 50% deposit at the time of confirmation. Should you need to cancel, then your deposit is non refundable, however if we are able to re-let the space we will happily refund.

For bookings that are made within 14 days of the start date, we will require full payment.

We're sorry that we have had to bring in these changes, but they are as a direct result of being let down by so may customers at the last minute.


With the exception of payment detailed above, we can accept payment either at drop off or collection.  Due to our broadband signal, we are unable to accept credit/debit cards but all other forms of payment are accepted e.g. online banking, cheque
